Dear all,

We take the health and well being of all of our patients very seriously. We have now re-opened for face to face appointments with strict controls in place to protect our clients and our staff.

  • Strict social distancing measures in place

  • Protective screens in place

  • Increased cleaning procedures

  • All staff will wear full PPE

  • Screening will take place by medical staff to ensure that the appointment requires a face to face appointment

Camberley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic will continue to be offering video consultations:

  • Video consultations will be priced at £22.50 for a 30 minute appointment
  • At present we are offering Zoom and Facetime appointments
  • Telephone appointments are also available on request
  • The video consultation will allow us to make an accurate diagnosis, provide a home exercise programme and teach you how to apply manual therapy techniques to help alleviate your symptoms

The government's latest advice on the Coronavirus is as follows:

  • The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are new continuous cough and/or high temperature (37.8C or higher) and/or loss of a sense of smell.
  • For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild infection

If you have the symptoms described above please do not go to A/E or your GP practice.  Instead you must start to self-isolate. In order to self-isolate please bear in mind the points below:

  • Stay at home and do not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started
  • Plan ahead and ask others for help to ensure that you can successfully stay at home
  • Stay at least 2 metres (about 3 steps) away from other people in your home whenever possible.
  • Sleep alone, if that is possible
  • Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds each time using soap and hot water
  • stay away from vulnerable individuals such as the elderly and those with underlying health conditions as much as possible
  • You do not need to call NHS111 to go into self-isolation
  • If your symptoms worsen during home isolation or are no better after 7 days contact NHS 111 online

We hope that you will be happy to continue using our service at Camberley Physiotherapy. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Kind regards

John Mitchell and the Team at Camberley Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
